Founded in 1985, the Whitcomb House of Hope Foundation w2as created for public and charitable purposes to organize, develop, support, and foster schools, hospitals and orphanages. It is the mission of the Foundation to offer assistance in the development of projects which will improve and enhance the educational, medical and health conditions of people who would not otherwise have access to quality care and expertise.
